2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash cloves
1/2 cup chopped or whole pecans
- Combine all dry ingredients. Add the pumpkin, milk, vanilla, eggs and pecans.
- Mix well. Heat butter over medium high heat in a skillet.
- Use a 1/2 cup measuring cup and scoop batter out and put in pan.
- Cook until the pancake bubbles and the bottom is browned.
