2 sticks butter, softened
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups flour
powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Shape dough into crescents, put on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let them cool on the sheet for a couple of minutes.
- After the cookies have sat for about 5 minutes, roll them in powdered sugar.
