Turkey Burgers

20 ounces ground turkey
6 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs, or bread crumbs of your choice
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk or half and half
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

  • Combine all ingredients and form patties
  • Broil for 10 minutes each side.  Serve on hamburger buns or without.
