4 medium thin-skinned white potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut potatoes in wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine oil, hot sauce, thyme, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Toss potatoes with the sauce and spread out in a single layer on a non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes, stir then 13 minutes more.
